At Forbidden, we take pride in offering unique products and content. To maintain the integrity of our offerings, we do not accept returns on most items. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

No Returns

All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exchanges or Replacements (If Applicable)

We may offer an exchange or replacement for eligible items if:

  • Your order was damaged during transit

  • Your item was lost in transit (confirmed via tracking)

  • You received the wrong item

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo documentation of the issue (if damaged/wrong item)

  • The item must not show signs of use or tampering

Please note: Not all products qualify for exchange or replacement. Details will be listed on the individual product pages.

Return Instructions (If Eligible)

If your item qualifies, we will provide instructions for return shipping (if required) and issue an exchange or replacement once we receive and inspect the item.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
